When necessary, your gown will be entrusted to a professional cleaner experienced in the care of vintage, couture, and specialty bridal garments after your order is placed.
This additional step ensures your gown is carefully prepared and arrives ready for its next chapter with you.
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for order preparation when professional cleaning is required. Once your gown is ready, it will be shipped to you, with delivery typically taking an additional 3–10 business days.
If you are working within a tight timeline or need your gown by a specific date, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ritualbridal.com and include your order number and requested delivery date. While expedited preparation cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.

A Note About Vintage & Pre-Owned Gowns
Unlike newly manufactured clothing, vintage and pre-owned gowns have lived a life before arriving at Ritual Bridal. Age, storage, previous wear, alterations, and the natural characteristics of older textiles can all contribute to subtle variations and imperfections.
These may include minor discoloration, faint marks or spotting, small pulls or pinholes, areas of fabric wear, loose threads, evidence of previous alterations or repairs, or other signs consistent with the garment’s age and history.
