Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for order preparation when professional cleaning is required. Once your gown is ready, it will be shipped to you, with delivery typically taking an additional 3–10 business days.

While expedited preparation cannot be guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
